Going's third album, III (Disque D'ORgue), is a joint release by Silent Water and Meakusma. The Belgian-based group features two drummers and two keyboards/synths/fender rhodes + plenty of electronics. The album is a contemplation on forward musical propulsion, 70s crossover jazz, and minimalistic and futuristic electronic music. The two pieces are built into a mesmerizing musical reverie that is equally contemplative and emotional. Melodic and rhythmic accents diverge and coalesce with ease and poise, with a subtle yet incessant throb defining everything throughout.
